Actually, yes.
Since there isn't a location for people that need help to ask. This would be the correct place to ask.

I'm not sure why people cannot edit their info.

I think that is a Spam-bot protection you already have to fill in those numbers with registration and whe have the spammer questions. that is always with free forum hosting.

I tried to but I don't think I can solve it... Your special character ä doesn't seem to be recognized...
