He's the guy that Maxime voted for in the art contest. He became a VIP but never came, and now he's becoming active.

You have to get an email with your activation url, then you can do all that fun stuff.

actually, he can't.
Cuz the forum is actually still on prophpbb site. he just has it attached here.

it auto redirects. I forget how to find out where the files are.
