Rule 1 of making a track is Dont use that grid curve, its called a noobcurve because only noobs use them who cant make a proper curve without grid..
They are pretty easy for a trial, but i enjoyed it.

i dont think those curves are nooblike, they fit his track. but when they are not used well, then i agree they are crap. here though, i think they are used well.
