Im talking about the track image, for example http://canvasrider.com/tracks/709749 the image is huge, but when i save the thumbnail it cant zoom out that much.

Yea, back before Canvas Rider started it was called fr2db.fr. Maxime released the thumbnails on fr2db a few months before he released Canvas Rider. So during that time before CR, people could zoom out as much as they wanted and set that as their thumbnail. Once CR got released there was a restriction on how far you can zoom out to save the thumbnail.
