Best of the Best Tracks

After having a very successful "best of the best" ghost thread, I decided to make a best tracks thread. Plastic will also help me with a lot of the decisions. It will be made up of requests from you guys, so give us some ideas!

Here are the guidelines:

Spoiler:

Can be any track of any age or maker. Post your reasons for why you think it should be added or deleted.
I won't consider a track that used to be good (but isn't now) as one of the best. The quality has to be on par with new tracks.
The highest amount of tracks ever on the list will be 20.
All requests will be considered, whether they are to add or delete tracks from the list.
I have a judging scale made and will base my decisions on that. I won't show the specifics, but the categories are:

Track Quality
Detail Quality
Originality
Neatness
Effort

I'll try to be as unbiased as possible. I'm reasonable, so if I disagree with a track being on the list, post your reasons why you think it's deserving and I'll deeply consider it. I'll be completely fair, and if I'm unsure of a decision, I'll consult with everyone

Description: Obviously the best FR1track and it was fitted inside a giant circle. Alot of people on here would recognize it as it's the track that inspired the TRACK IN A CIRCLE contest, which wolfram and TheZengo won. It is very fun to play and the unedited version is yet to be completed on the CR database.

Description: This track has it in the bag due to how fun and badass it is. Lacks detail, but of course it still remains one of the funnest tracks ever made.

There are so many different types of tracks, unlike ghosts. You might should make sub categories e.g.
Autos
1-20
Detail
1-20
Trial
1-20

Cause some of the most amazing autos/trials don't have detail, which is what your grading it on.

@Cake: It's a part of what I'm grading on, not the complete grade. I can determine whether or not a track is quality. There's no need for subcategories.

Get some notice on their tracks and maybe after enough plays/views/comments/features they will find their way here...?

I'll definitely include non-member's tracks. I don't want to exclude member's tracks just because they're active, because that's sorta unfair to be punished for contributing to the forum

I plan on doing some digging to find quality tracks, and I encourage others to do so too. I want to give credit where credit is due by having a full list of amazing tracks, whether they be hidden gems or old and forgotten beauties. Keep giving requests!
