I would make Graggen a mod and moy admin.

Graggen with that much power would be a villain.

Graggen is probably one of the most trusted VIPs to make a moderator. He always used his superuser in a good way, and he can easily control that power.
I think that if Gragg was Moderator then there wouldn't be much of a problem.

Moymoy should be admin on the db too... just sayin.
